Close to Queenstown – Cecil Peak The Ledge Landings

The Ledge is on the north-facing side of Cecil Peak and just a short 5 minute flight from Queenstown Airport. It overlooks Lake Wakatipu towards Glenorchy and back across to Queenstown township. High cliffs and rocky outcrops make for dramatic photos. As it is north facing, snow often melts here first so it can still be relatively easy to walk around even in winter.
